Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about DocNotes

What is DocNotes?

DocNotes is an AI-assisted clinical documentation tool that helps healthcare professionals create structured clinical notes faster. You type your rough notes, and our AI transforms them into properly formatted SOAP documentation.

What is beta testing?

Beta testing means you get early access to DocNotes while we refine and improve the platform. Your feedback helps us build a better product for all healthcare professionals.

Is beta access really free?

Yes! Beta access is completely free. We want you to test the platform and provide feedback without any financial commitment.

What happens after beta ends?

When we launch officially, beta testers will receive special early adopter pricing and benefits. We'll notify you well in advance of any changes.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We comply with GDPR and EU data protection regulations. All infrastructure is hosted within the European Union.

Does DocNotes comply with GDPR?

Yes. DocNotes is fully GDPR compliant. Clinicians act as data controllers for patient data, and DocNotes acts as a data processor. We have appropriate data processing agreements in place and all data is stored in EU-based infrastructure.

Does DocNotes use my data to train AI models?

No. Your patient data is never used to train AI models. We use enterprise AI providers with strict data handling agreements, and your data remains your data.

How can I provide feedback?

We have a built-in feedback system in the app, or you can email us directly at contact@docnotes.app. We read every message and truly value your input.

Are there any limitations during beta?

You have full access to all current features. Some features are still in development and will be added based on beta tester feedback. We'll keep you updated on new releases.

Do I need to integrate DocNotes with my EHR?

No integration required. DocNotes works independently - you simply copy and paste your approved notes into your existing EHR system. This makes it compatible with any electronic health record system.
