DocNotes provides AI-assisted clinical documentation tools for healthcare professionals. The Service helps structure clinical notes into SOAP format while maintaining clinician control over final documentation.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use DocNotes, you must:

  • Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized practice staff
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your account information

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use DocNotes solely for creating and managing clinical documentation for your professional practice.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable healthcare regulations or professional standards
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

5. Professional Responsibility

DocNotes is a tool to assist with documentation. You acknowledge that:

  • Review Requirement: You must review and approve all AI-generated content before use
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all final documentation

  • Professional Standards: The Service does not replace your professional judgment or obligations

6. Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to the clinical data and content you input into DocNotes. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to DocNotes requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you have concerns about billing.

Changes to Pricing

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

DocNotes and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your professional practice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Experience unexpected downtime

We are not liable for any disruption to your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or complete
  • Any errors will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
